One of the mostsignificant developments is the increasing adoption of high-reliabilitymanufacturing standards. Industries such as automotive ADAS systems, energystorage, and medical monitoring devices require assemblies that can withstandextreme environments, long operational lifecycles, and strict safetyregulations. As a result, EMS providers are expanding the use of advancedprocesses such as HDI PCB assembly, fine-pitch component placement, selectivesoldering, nitrogen reflow, and advanced conformal coating technologies toenhance product stability.
