BQC Malaysia factory has recently achieveda significant milestone - with the support of seven senior engineers dispatchedfrom the Shenzhen headquarters, the first phase of trial production has beensuccessfully completed. Both product yield rate and production efficiency havemet expected targets, laying a solid foundation for subsequent mass production.
To ensure the Malaysia factory maintainsthe same technical standards and production efficiency as the Shenzhenheadquarters, BQC formed a specialized support team consisting of sevenengineers with extensive experience in SMT processes, DIP assembly, andfunctional testing from its Shenzhen facility. These engineers were sent toMalaysia to provide long-term technical guidance. Through equipmentoptimization, production line staff training, and implementation of qualitycontrol systems, the team successfully resolved initial process adaptationissues, enabling the new production lines to achieve stable operation withintwo weeks. The first batch of trial production products has passed customeracceptance inspections.
The successful trial production marks BQC'stransition from "infrastructure completion" to "operationalmaturity" in its overseas manufacturing capabilities. Leveraging thetechnical expertise from Shenzhen headquarters and the efficient execution ofthe local Malaysian team, the new factory is now capable of providing rapiddelivery services to North American customers.
