1. Statistical Process Control (SPC)

 

SPC is a manufacturing control method, which is used to control the manufacturing project according to the characteristics of the data collected through process capability analysis and process standardization,and to discover the process of anomalies, so it can immediately take corrective measures to make the process back to normal method.

 

2. Measurement System Analysis (MSA)

 

Measurement System Analysis (MSA) is a measurement system that allows repeated readings of each part to be analyzed to assess the quality of the measurement system and to determine the data acceptability of the measurement system.

 

Purpose of implementing the MSA: Understand the measurement process, determine the total error in the measurement process, and assess the adequacy of the measurement system used in production and process control. MSA promotes understanding and improvement (reduces variability).

 

3. Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA)

 

Potential Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA) is a tool designed to be used as a precautionary measure with the purpose of identifying and evaluating potential failures and their consequences in products / processes; finding ways to avoid or reduce potential failures and continually perfect.

 

4. Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP)

 

APQP is a structured approach to identifying and developing the steps required to ensure that products meet customer requirements.

 

APQP features:

 

To meet the product, project or contractual requirements,it is a method used to identify and develop a structured process to ensure that the customer is satisfied with the production of a particular product or series of products before the introduction of the new product,. Providing guidelines for developing product quality plans to support the development of products or services that satisfy customers.

 

5. Production Part Approval Process (PPAP)

 

The production part approval process is a practical technique whose purpose is to verify the products manufactured by the production tooling and the process for approval of the product before the first shipment.
